Refund and Exchange Policy

All products sold on JuneFirstStore.com are made to order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and sent for processing or printing, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.


Returns

We do not accept returns, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.

  • Damage-related requests must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this period will not be considered.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for damaged products.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • A clear and uncut unboxing video showing the damage must be provided

Exchange requests without an unboxing video will be rejected.


Size and Fit

Please refer to the size chart before ordering.

  • Products are printed on demand
  • No refunds or exchanges for size, fit, or preference issues
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer is not eligible for exchange or refund
