Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or during special sale periods, there might be a delay of a few additional days. Please allow extra time in transit during these periods.
Our products are often made-to-order using print-on-demand technology, meaning each item is produced specifically for you after you place your order — ensuring quality and reducing waste. Production typically takes 2–4 business days before shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options within India:

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (where available)
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 working days depending on your shipping address and courier service.
Remote regions such as Jammu & Kashmir and the North-East states may take up to 10 working days.
Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders and orders above ₹1,500

₹99 Cash on Delivery (COD) charge for COD orders
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking number and courier link.
Tracking details generally become active within 24 hours of shipment.

Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please:

Check with family members, neighbors, flatmates, or your building/office security.

If still not found, contact us at support@junefirststore.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
We will raise a case with our courier partner immediately and update you after investigation.
Please note that after 48 hours, we may not be able to take further action.
Damages or Missing Items
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@junefirststore.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly with the courier partner.
Domestic & International Shipping
Currently, we ship to addresses within India only.

Jurisdiction
All disputes related to shipping and delivery will be subject to Bengaluru, Karnataka jurisdiction only.
